Returns:
Within 14 days, buyer pays for return postage. Catwalk must still be in good condition with the coating still on to prevent scratches or marks. Otherwise we can't accept them and can't refund your money back.
Refund:
If you haven't received your item within a week from dispatched date, please let us know as we are only covered with UPS within 14 days. Then we can either refund you or send out a replacement to you. If you haven't contacted us within 14 days, we can't send another replacement, as we are not covered and can't issue you a refund.
